TERMS AND CONDITIONS - RIVERO WASH STUDIO (RWS)

01) At this store RWS, All garments/linen or any fabrics are handled with greatest care but owing to the conditions of the articles or non-apparent/non-visible defects in its material there is a POSSIBILITY OF DISCOLOURING OR SHRINKAGE, Damages Such garments are accepted for cleaning at OWNER'S RISK and this store of RWS will not accept any responsibility for it.
02) This store of RWS will use reasonable efforts to try to ensure that washing, drying and folding services are maintained at a high level of quality.
03) This store of RWS due to time constraints does not read manufacturer suggested care and washing / drying labels, and will not responsible for garments labelled "hand wash only" or "dry clean only". Or any.
04) This store of RWS accepts no liability for "special care" and delicate items that require special attention to be cleaned.
05) This store of RWS accepts no liability for items whose loose color, specially when color of one part of the garment gets on the other part.
06) This store of RWS is not responsible for any article which is left beyond 30 days. After this period, if any discount was given on this order at the time of pickup shall be removed and a storage fees shall be charged @12% per month on the total invoice amount. Article not claimed within three months shall be handled appropriately by store of RWS and be sold to recover the billed charges.
07) This store of RWS reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment.
08) Removal of stain is a part of the process but, complete removal of stains cannot be guaranteed and will be processed at customer's risk.
09) This store of RWS is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the article such as money, jewellery, or anything else.
10) If customer cannot accept the loss or damage of any garment, please do not leave it with us.
11) In case of any loss or damage This store of RWS can reimburse up to a maximum of three (3) times of its processing (laundry / dryclean) cost (decision remains with RWS store of  if any reimbursement has to be done) only if Customer is able to produce the bills. Compensation shall be provided in form of services and no cash will be given to customer.
12) Customers are requested to count the articles at the time of delivery and inform the delivery man in case of missing articles. RWS store of will not be responsible for any such claims after the articles delivery has been accepted or after 1 (one) hour of Delivery.
13) This RWS store gives a warranty of 2 days from the date of delivery for the articles, for any quality related issues with washing or dry-cleaning of articles (only if the article has not been used by the customer after service). Any quality related claim after the stipulated time shall not be entertained.
14) Customer might get regular updates (Calls / SMS / Email / App Notification) from This RWS store of transactional and marketing in nature, if customer wants to stop it then Customer has to register a request with Customer Care Department of This store of RWS.
15) This store of RWS shall not be held responsible for any ornaments/ jewellery fittings on the garment.
16) Customer shall examine articles for damage at the time of delivery, and notify the same at that time. This store of RWS shall not be responsible for any claims afterwards.
17) Any loss/damage/delay due to FORCE MAJEURE conditions, This store of RWS is not liable for any compensation or reduction in charges.
19) We accept no liability for any loss or damage of the articles arising due to fire, burglary etc. beyond conduct or any other similar unforeseen causes.
20) Some process/items may require additional period to process. No deduction on billed amount or claim can be initiated against in respect of delays.
21) Tariff for designer wear will be decided on a case to case to case basis depending on the complexity of garment, the same shall be communicated to customer after it is examined by the expert at the processing center.
22) This store of RWS is not responsible of any damage during cleaning of Fabric or removing its stains, it is completely on customer/owner of Fabric risk.
23) Customer Acknowledgment & Acceptance of Terms : It shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer to read, understand, and agree to all Terms and Conditions of this RWS STORE prior to placing any order. If the Customer does not agree to any of the terms stated herein, the Customer must withdraw and collect the garments (order) within two (2) hours from the time of placing the order. Failure to do so shall be deemed as the Customer’s full, final, and unconditional acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions of this outlet, and thereafter all such terms shall apply without exception
