2. SERVICES
We offer Laundry Service, Premium Dry Cleaning, Steam Ironing, Shoe & Bag Cleaning, Blanket Cleaning, Curtain & Carpet Cleaning, Monthly Subscription Plans, and Commercial Laundry Services for hotels, gyms, and businesses in Ahmedabad.

3. SERVICE AREA & TIMINGS
We currently provide doorstep pickup and delivery in Shela, South Bopal, Shilaj, Ambli and nearby areas. Our operational hours are 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. Pickup slots are subject to availability.

4. PRICING
Our indicative starting prices are: Laundry Rs.70/kg, Dry Cleaning Rs.90/pc, Steam Ironing Rs.20/pc, Shoe Cleaning Rs.300, Blanket Cleaning Rs.260. Final pricing depends on garment type, fabric, size, and condition. Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers must check all pockets before handing over garments. Rivero Wash Studio is not responsible for any valuables, cash, or items left in pockets. Customers must disclose any stains, damages, or special care instructions at the time of pickup. We are not liable for color bleeding, shrinkage, or damage to non-colorfast, delicate, or already damaged garments, though we take utmost care.

6. TURNAROUND TIME
Standard laundry takes 24-48 hours. Express same-day delivery is available at extra charge. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, weather, or public holidays.

7. ORDER PROCESS
Orders can be placed via our website, WhatsApp at +91 90810 65999, or phone call. By placing an order, you agree to our pickup and delivery process.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website including logos, images, text, and design is owned by Rivero Wash Studio and may not be copied without permission.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability for any garment is limited to 5x the cleaning charge for that garment or Rs. 2000, whichever is lower, as per industry standard. This does not apply to cases of proven gross negligence.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
